We take complaints seriously and we will endeavour to work with you to resolve any issue you have with or products/services or a member of our staff. We hope that you do not feel the need to make a complaint but if the situation should arise please fill in the form to submit your complaint.

We will investigate your complaint and reply back to you within 2 working days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can raise your complaint direct to the manager via email at The manager will also give you alternative options should you require to raise the matter further. these options will vary depending on the nature of your complaint.
